The first iteration of a new wiki skin for the Third Party of America PoliticWiki web site

This skin is available by selecting the "Skin" options in your user preferences. It was released on Monday, February 20, 2006.

Notes on Changes

This is a radically different design than the 80 participants ecountered during the 6-month PoliticWiki study (from July 27, 2005 through January 27, 2006). That skin was a modification of the Monobook type, with background images and the logo utilized to mimic the look of the Third Party of America web site. This "PoliticWiki_v1" skin is a modification of work done with Professor Eli Blevis for the Indiana University School of Informatics "design eXchange" wiki web site.

This version includes:

• lowercase and underline-free navigation links
• a new logo
• right-sidebar navigation layout (originally adapted from Cologne Blue skin)
• further wiki configuration and system message changes
• links to the embedded 3rdParty.org content in the top navigation bar
