- Pass and implement the Enumerated Powers Act (a proposed bill in the United States House of Representatives which would require that any law passed by Congress cite the provisions of the Constitution that gives them the power to pass such legislation).
- Have all legislation be written in language that can be understood by a typical high school graduate or first-year college student.
- Post any proposed legislation on the Internet, in its final form, at least 72 hours before it is voted on.
- Prohibit paid professional lobbyists from being present in any halls or chambers of the Senate or House of Representatives or to have any contact with members of Congress, and require that those engaged in lobbying to Congress must either be unpaid volunteers or non-lobbyists by profession.
- Do not allow leaders of the House or Senate to manipulate the voting time period allotted to a measure being submitted for a vote, but rather impose in advance a fixed time period, not to be adjusted, after which time the vote is closed and the count is official.
- Enforce the separation of powers into the three branches of government as written in the Constitution. Let no one branch try to undermine the power of the other two branches. Have Regulatory Agencies (as part of the Executive Branch) be confined to the enforcement of law without the ability to make law.
- Keep government committed to the separation of Church and State. In accordance with the 1st Amendment, do not permit the government's legislative arm to involve itself with religious groups or activity or to create law that draws on religious dogma.
